We truly value every customer and want you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we always strive to provide the best experience possible.

Custom Products
Please note that all personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these products.

Non-Custom Products
For items that do not require personalization, we gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at moneplanner@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Our manager will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the return details and guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
