Non-Custom Products
All standard items that do not require personalization are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are shipped via the shipping method selected at checkout.

Custom Products
Personalized and custom-made items require additional time for production.
Processing time for these orders is 4–6 business days, as each item is carefully created before being sent to production and then shipped via the selected delivery service.
